At My Luxury UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we've made our return process as simple as possible while maintaining the integrity of our luxury products.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s)

Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached

All original packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, and accessories must be included

Condition Requirements

All returned items must be:

Unworn and unused

In their original packaging

Include all original tags and labels

Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or other marks

Not altered or washed

Include all original accessories and documentation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Intimate apparel and swimwear for hygiene reasons

Personalized or custom-made items

Face masks and other personal protective equipment

Sale items marked as "Final Sale"

Items with removed security tags

Gift cards

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Log into your account at myluxuryuk.com

Go to your order history

Select the item(s) you wish to return

Fill out the return form stating your reason for return

Step 2: Packaging

Place the item(s) in their original packaging

Include the original invoice or packing slip

Ensure all original tags and accessories are included

Seal the package securely

Step 3: Shipping

Print the return label we provide

Drop off the package at an authorized shipping location

Keep your return tracking number for reference

Refund Process

Standard Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

The refund will be issued to the original payment method

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Store Credit

You may opt to receive store credit instead of a refund

Store credit will be issued for the full amount of the purchase

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue

Exchange Policy

Direct exchanges are not available

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item

We will arrange for a return shipping label at no cost to you

A full refund including original shipping charges will be processed

Or we will send a replacement item if available

International Returns

International returns are accepted within the same 30-day window

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties

Please use a trackable shipping service

International returns typically take 10-14 business days to process

Holiday Returns Policy

Items purchased between November 1 and December 24 may be returned until January 31

Standard return conditions apply

This extended return window is for the holiday season only
